The Reserves at Overlook
This project involved renovating a historic house, converting a dilapidated garage, and adding new construction to create an 80-bed student housing complex, while preserving all of the building's historic details.
Silver Apartments
Silver, a 1960s-era apartment building with 60 units, required a full interior overhaul, with many of the apartments reconfigured to better meet today's living standards. Meeting a tight, on-time budget was paramount to the project's success.
